For larger organisations, with an HR team in place, we generally offer support and advice behind the scenes. For example, HR managers/directors may call us when contemplating a re-organisation, or acquiring a business in order to accurately ascertain their legal position and clarify possible risks. Sometimes they simply call us to seek a second opinion on their proposed course of action.

For smaller organisations, if appropriate, we can take a more proactive role, acting as an outsourced HR department.

We also offer our PEP package  - a comprehensive advice service for a fixed monthly fee.
