Pickerings Solicitors and The Dove Service will shortly be offering a series of information sessions designed to help you.
The sessions will focus on how to plan for the time when you are not here to care for your loved one.
If you are concerned about the following issues, then it would be useful to attend one of the sessions:
- How your loved one will manage their finances?
- Will they be vulnerable if they inherit a sum of money?
- How an inheritance might affect their eligibility for means tested benefits?
