Tamworth FC beat Hednesford FC 3:1

Pickerings Solicitors were 'Man of the Match' Sponsors at the game in the Vanarama Conference North on Saturday, with Tamworth Herald as Match Sponsors.

Dave Hibbert’s second-half hat-trick ensured victory for Tamworth and guaranteed him the Man of the Match accolade.

In a tense atmosphere it was a second half turnaround for Tamworth as Hednesford had started well and went 1:0 up in the 44^th minute.

Thankfully Dave Hibbert put The Lambs level at 64 minutes and went on to score twice more leading to a significant victory for Tamworth.

Let’s hope they can continue the winning streak at Chorley FC next week.
