February 9 th 2016 was the date of the annual Tamworth Rotary Club Pancake Race, which Pickerings Solicitors have taken part in for many years. Our team this for this year, The Blue Rinse Brigade, are captured on Lady Bridge in the glorious sunshine with a view of Tamworth Castle as they set off with their frying pans.

Amanda Thompson won the ladies race, Josh Saxton won the men's race and the team won overall. Thanks to our opponents from the Arts team at Tamworth Council for a great race. Thanks also to the Castle Hotel for some great pancakes and to Tamworth Rotary for putting the effort into organising the event. Hopefully next year we can encourage more local teams to take part.
