Head of Family
Graham Pegg heads up the Family Team at Pickerings, having specialised in Divorce and Family Law since the 1980's. A founder member of the Law Society's Children Panel in 1986, Graham continues to represent children, parents and several local authorities in Family Law Proceedings in the County and High Courts.
He has a particular interest in contact, residence ,adoption and special guardianship law as well as advising on high-value Divorce, Separation and Ancillary Relief.
For the past 10 years, Graham has run training courses for lawyers across England and Wales on Children law and general family law topics.
He lectures to solicitors on courses, conferences and webinars for CLT, as part of their CPD programme.
