He also advises on a range of Disablement Trusts for those with special needs including the special requirements of those in receipt of direct payment schemes related to their health needs.
Des is able to advise families on their legal rights with regard to long-term care. He assists families in obtaining care proper assessments, appropriate care packages and the funding for these.
