Martin is a solicitor in the firm's Corporate and Commercial team.
He works with a number of different businesses, providing them with advice on a wide range of corporate matters including partnership agreements, company incorporations, the sale and purchase of businesses and general corporate governance issues. Martin has also advised on a variety of ancillary company issues including shareholder agreements and the entering into of directors' personal guarantees.
Martin also assists clients on commercial issues and their third party dealings, specifically advising on documents such as terms and conditions of business, distribution, agency and franchise agreements.
Martin is co -Chair of the Tamworth B2b Club, which meets every Wednesday morning at 7am at the Marston Farm Hotel, Bodymoor Heath, Sutton Coldfield. This is a vibrant group of business owners and senior directors from local businesses.
