Panel solicitors often are inundated with work which can result in your claim not progressing as quickly as it possibly could.

You do not have to use the panel solicitor that your insurance company suggests, and you have the right to choose your own legal representation. If your insurance company is putting pressure on you to use their solicitor, you should remind them of this right.
