Emily Hawley

Emily is a highly skilled Private Client Solicitor, graduating from The University of Sheffield in 2015 with a Degree in Law and Criminology. She joined Pickerings in August 2022, having worked at another firm of solicitors since June 2016.

Most of her legal career to date has been in the Private Client sector working on Wills, Probate and Lasting Powers of Attorney matters. Emily also has experience with HM Land Registry, dealing with assets and transfers of title.

Since joining Pickerings, Emily has established her own client base and regularly supports fellow lawyers within the department, ensuring the highest standard of service to our clients.

In December 2023, Emily achieved her goal of becoming a CILEX lawyer with full practicing rights, highlighting both her professional growth and expanded legal capabilities.
