Sue Albini

Solicitor, Head of Property

Sue Albini is a Director and Head of the Property Team at Pickerings Solicitors (Tamworth) Ltd.

Sue has practised Commercial Property Law at Pickerings since 1997 and has provided leadership to our commercial and residential property teams for many years, always ensuring that legal work is carried out by the appropriate team member. Highly experienced, she is regarded by clients and peers as a leader in her field.

She personally undertakes a wide range of Commercial Property work and has particular expertise in complex development and funding matters. Clients range from those acquiring their own business premises to property investors and developers. A skilled negotiator, she regularly acts  on the other side of household name PLCs entering into contracts with our clients.

Sue’s detailed knowledge of commercial property law combined with broader commercial experience means that she has a sound understanding of the challenges facing business today. Clients benefit from her extensive experience and commercial approach.

Prior to her career change to the legal sector in 1995, Sue enjoyed a  highly successful scientific career, gaining MSc and PhD qualifications and was a research fellow at the University of Birmingham. The intellectual and analytical skills gained in her early career have been further honed by many years experience of complex commercial property matters.
