Pickerings have recently launched PEP - Pickerings Employer Plus, a fixed-cost employment advice and insurance package providing an easy, cost-effective way to handle everyday employment issues and protect your business from costly litigation.

3. Protection - Insurance Policy    Provided you have sought and followed our advice, the insurance policy will cover your business for the legal costs of employment disputes, settlement payments and the cost of most awards.
