Joanna qualified as a solicitor in 2005 and has specialised in employment law throughout her career.
Joanna has a proven record of offering detailed advice, consistent support, and strong representation to a variety of clients – from large corporate businesses to SMEs and individual clients.
Whilst she has covered the full range of employment issues, she is particularly skilled in equality and discrimination law, in relation to pregnancy, maternity, and family friendly work rights. Many clients have benefited from her in-depth understanding of these areas, and she has represented employees in discrimination claims in the workplace.
