Susan Davies
Susan is an expert Divorce solicitor who has practised in Staffordshire for many years. Having graduated from university in 1994 and qualified as a solicitor in 1996, Susan has 22 years experience in family law focussing on divorce and separation.
Susan recognises that every client will have different family circumstances, but her priority is to obtain the best possible outcome for her client in those circumstances. She has a sound understanding of the emotional impact of separation and the need for clear, friendly and practical advice on the legal implications of a relationship breakdown.
She also has considerable expertise in helping people deal with their finances following a breakdown in a their relationship with their spouse, cohabitee or civil partner. She has dealt with a wide spectrum of cases, from those where the split and associated settlement is amicable to those where the relationship breakdown is bitter and settlement keenly contested.
Susan is also a collaboratively trained lawyer, which allows her assist clients in resolving their disputes amicably using the collaborative process where appropriate.
