We are currently looking for a Receptionist/Administrator to join our team.
The job holder will provide reception cover, as required. This includes lunchtime cover every day, as well as holiday and absence cover. It may also include covering reception all day on specified days. Key responsibilities include operating the switchboard, dealing with client queries, and ensuring that clients are welcomed and dealt with in a pleasant and efficient manner when attending our offices.
The job holder will also provide administration support to various teams throughout the firm. This includes, but is not limited to, scanning, photocopying, binding, printing, filing, audio and copy typing, file opening and file closing.
Full training will be provided.
To be considered for this role you must be well presented, possess excellent customer-service skills, and the ability to remain calm when things get busy. You will be organised, with the ability to prioritise, have good attention to detail, and will display a helpful and flexible approach. Previous experience of using IT applications, including Office 365, is also required. Previous reception experience is desirable but not essential.

GRADUATE MARKETING AND BUSINESS SUPPORT TRAINEE
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated graduate to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading Staffordshire law firm and to embark on a career in a professional but fun environment.
This position would suit a business graduate; however, graduates of all disciplines will be considered.
Although previous digital marketing or compliance experience would be advantageous, personal attributes are more important and full training will be given.
The successful candidate will work closely with our Managing Director on a wide and varied range of business activities to help achieve the firm’s marketing and business development objectives including:
- creating digital content for our social media channels;
- managing our day-to-day website content;
- organising marketing events and activities;
- drafting press releases; and
- producing marketing materials.
The successful candidate will also support our Managing Director with a wide range of regulatory, compliance, and general business tasks.
You must be well-presented with excellent written and verbal communication skills, together with strong organisational skills and good attention to detail. A supportive and flexible approach is also required, as is the ability to work autonomously, prioritise and multi-task. A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel & Outlook, is essential.

LEGAL SECRETARY - CHILDREN LAW TEAM
To provide secretarial and administrative support to the children law team and assist lawyers in delivering a high-quality legal service to our clients. Responsibilities include client liaison, organising meetings, audio and copy typing, file opening, filing and the completion of legal forms.
To be considered for this role you must have previous legal secretarial experience. Experience of family law is desirable but not essential.
FLOAT SECRETARY – FULL OR PART TIME
We are currently looking for a Float Secretary to join our team which prides itself on the quality of its service.

We have two opportunities to join our successful litigation team. Hybrid working arrangements are available for both roles and we are accepting applications to work on a full-time and part time basis. This is a general litigation role which would suit an experienced litigator. The caseload is a varied mix of civil and commercial litigation including commercial disputes, debt recovery and landlord and tenant. Much of the commercial work is referred by other teams within the firm.
Property Litigation Solicitor
Due to client demand we are recruiting for a specialist property litigator to take on a variety of commercial, residential and some agricultural disputes. The work will include dealing with forfeiture work, lease renewals, rent reviews, restrictive covenants,adverse possession and boundary disputes. We have a large commercial property team able to provide specialist support on more complex issues.
