Commercial Property Solicitor 4-5 years PQE 

We are expanding our highly successful and experienced Commercial Property Team and have a vacancy for a Solicitor 3-4 years PQE
Must have experience on a range of commercial property matters. Role will include advising on commercial leases for landlords and tenants and acting in the sale and purchase of commercial property with and without finance.

Divorce Solicitor (2-3 years PQE)

We currently have a vacancy for an ambitious Divorce Solicitor to join our specialist Divorce and Finance team which boasts an excellent reputation regionally. 

You will handle your own case work and advise on a wide range of issues including relationship breakdown, dissolution of civil partnership and financial settlements.  You will also be trained on pre and post nuptial arrangements and co-habitation agreements. 

Friendly and approachable with excellent communication skills, you will be able to build rapport with people from all walks of life.  You will also be able to multitask and tailor your approach to the individual circumstances.

PART TIME SECRETARY – DIVORCE & FINANCE TEAM

We currently have a vacancy for a part time Secretary to join our Divorce and Finance team.
We are ideally looking for someone who can work 21 hours per week across 3-5 days.   
Reporting to the Head of Department, the job holder will assist the fee earners in delivering a high-quality legal service to our clients.  Responsibilities include client liaison, organising meetings, audio and copy typing, file opening, filing and the completion of legal forms.       
Applicants must be client-focused with excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.  They will have good IT skills, excellent attention to detail and be flexible in their approach.  Above all, they will be enthusiastic and willing to learn.    
Previous experience of working in a legal firm is essential.  Previous experience of working in Divorce and Finance is preferred; however, this is not essential as full training will be given.

Float Secretary
We are looking for an experienced legal secretary to join our team.     
The job holder will provide secretarial and administrative support to various departments and will assist fee earners in delivering a high-quality legal service to our clients.  Responsibilities include client liaison, organising meetings, audio and copy typing, file opening, filing and the completion of legal forms.            
To be considered for this role you must have previous experience working within different departments in a legal firm.  Experience of working with case management systems would be an advantage.    
You must be client-focused with excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.  You will have good audio typing and IT skills, together with excellent attention to detail. You will be organised, able to prioritise and must display a helpful and flexible approach.
