We are looking for a Marketing and Business Support Administrator to join our team.  This is a great opportunity to join a leading Staffordshire law firm and to work in a professional and fun environment. 

This position can be offered on either a full or part time basis.

The successful candidate will assist the Managing Director in wide and varied range of activities to help achieve the firm’s marketing and business development objectives including producing marketing materials, updating the website, maintaining the firm’s social media presence, PR, and organising marketing events and activities.

The successful candidate will also assist the Managing Director with a range of regulatory and compliance tasks for which full training will be given.

Educated to at least A’level standard (or equivalent), you must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, a good grasp of grammar and strong proof- reading skills.  You must be IT literate, ideally with experience of using website and social media as marketing tools.  A marketing qualification and/or experience of the professional services sector would be advantageous.

We have an opportunity for an experienced legal secretary to join our well-respected Family Law team.
Reporting to the Head of Department, the job holder will provide a competent and efficient secretarial service to solicitors within the team.  This includes client liaison, audio and copy typing, word processing, file opening, filing and time recording, and completion of legal forms.       
You must have excellent communication and organisational skills, together with fast and accurate keyboard and IT skills.  You should be able to multitask, be a good team player and have previous experience working in a legal firm, ideally in Family Law.  Experience of dealing with both legally aided and private children law matters, or an interest in specialising in this area, is essential.

We have two opportunities to join our successful litigation team. Hybrid working arrangements are available for both roles and we are accepting applications to work on a full-time and part time basis. Litigation Solicitor

This is a general litigation role which would suit an experienced litigator. The caseload is a varied mix of civil and commercial litigation including commercial disputes, debt recovery and landlord and tenant. Much of the commercial work is referred by other teams within the firm.  

Property Litigation Solicitor
Due to client demand we are recruiting for a specialist property litigator to take on a variety of commercial, residential and some agricultural disputes. The work will include dealing with forfeiture work, lease renewals, rent reviews, restrictive covenants,adverse possession and boundary disputes.  We have a large commercial property team able to provide specialist support on more complex issues.
