The focus of the seminar will be on:

Kate Johnson covers the topic of ‘Is it Racist or Unconscious Bias?’

How conscious and unconscious bias challenge racism and how you can improve equality, diversity and inclusion in your workplace.  We will consider how to avoid assumptions based on prejudice and focus on a fairer, bias-free recruitment process and workplace. We will explore how we harness a culture that reinforces positive norms, addresses preconceptions and stereotypes, and how to manage and respond to accusations of this nature in the workplace.

Peter Brady asks you to consider ‘Are your policies really Family Friendly?’

How you can best support your employees during important, life-changing moments.  Maternity, adoption, paternity and parental leave, time off for dependants, and rights for flexible working and part-time workers… We look at what are the requirements by law for you as a company and what are your employee entitlements?
