Kate Johnson qualifies as Solicitor

We are delighted to report that employment law specialist Kate Johnson has qualified as a Solicitor as of today!

Kate has completed a lengthy route to qualification, from obtaining an A-Level in Law in 2009, a Law LLB (Hons) Degree from University in 2012 and completing her Legal Practice Course in 2014, she initially qualified as a Fellow with CILEx and has practised as a Chartered Legal Executive for a number of years.

She recently successfully completed her Professional Skills Course with the University of Law which has led her to cross qualify to a Solicitor.

Kate has specialised in Employment law work for over 7 years and during that time has advised both claimants and respondents in Employment Tribunal matters. Although she has experience in a wide range of employment law matters, she has particular expertise in claims for unfair dismissal claims and unlawful deduction from wages.
