Amanda Jones

Amanda is a qualified CILEX Paralegal in our Corporate and Commercial Department. 

Amanda joined Pickerings 10 years ago and has assisted Directors in both the Commercial Property and Corporate & Commercial Teams during which time she has developed a meticulous attention to detail and sharp legal acumen.

She deals with and advises upon smaller/lower value transactions. She drafts ancillary documents, undertakes extensive legal research, conducts due diligence reports, sets up data rooms to ensure flexibility for our clients, and manages share/asset acquisitions and disposals within.

Amanda has been instrumental in setting up the firm’s company secretarial offering – setting up processes and systems to ensure a clients’ full compliance with their filing responsibilities with Companies House.  She is the main point of contact in respect of this service for clients and their accountants.

Amanda's proficiency is evident in her active involvement in the preparation and drafting of share-for-share exchange documentation, demonstrating a keen understanding of the legal complexities within the corporate arena. She also handles the reconstitution of statutory books.

Her unfailing accuracy and high standards ensure she is held in high regard by clients, colleagues and referrers.
