This is never an easy time for a client, and, in our case, with no will available, it could have been difficult. With Emma and Pickerings, every step was explained and discussed. Removed almost all of the stress that comes with buying a property. I was originally quoted 16 weeks from 1st enquiry to completion, and ended up with the keys in 10 weeks. Alexa and her team kept me informed of what was outstanding and for whom, without me having to contact her. Any emails I did send were replied to within 24 hours latest, but mainly within the hour.
