Craig Davies

Craig Davies is a Director of Pickerings and Head of the Corporate and Commercial Team.  He has been with the firm for 25 years.

A respected figure within the Staffordshire business community, Craig was a former president of Tamworth and Lichfield Chamber of Commerce and Lichfield Round Table and has a significant number of long-term loyal commercial clients from a variety of sectors both locally, nationally and internationally.

Craig leads on numerous deals for clients in manufacturing and IT and advises on many corporate matters, including asset and share sales and purchases, company restructures, share purchase agreements and warranties, contracts, trading terms and conditions and general contractual advice. 

Craig considers all matters with a clear, logical and no-nonsense approach, putting the client at the heart of everything he does.  Craig takes time to get to know his clients and is very much solution driven, always going the extra mile to ensure deadlines are not compromised and projects run smoothly. 

On larger transactions Craig and his team work with a multi-disciplinary team of colleagues, drawing on their specialist property and employment knowledge as appropriate, allowing his team to offer a full scope of corporate and commercial matters. 

Craig plays a vital role in a full roster of corporate and client matters, including cross-border transactions and high value projects.  His team acts for a wide range of businesses from various sectors throughout the region from owner managed small businesses to PLCs.
