Harj has gained significant experience in all aspects of commercial real estate matters since he qualified in 2002. He acts for many of the firm’s long-standing clients as well as having a substantial client following since joining Pickerings in 2018.

Harj also undertakes work for landowners and tenants in lease renewals and new leases. This includes a recent high value lease for an airport hangar.

He regularly acts for developers on transactions related to development, including sales, purchases, options, conditional contracts and overage agreements as well as the sale and purchase of agricultural land.  Harj has significant experience in dealing with transactions for pension funds as well as providing corporate support on company restructures as well as share and asset purchases and sales. He also has a wealth of experience in dealing with refinancing of real estate.

Harj has significant experience in high end residential sales and purchases for corporate clients.
