Since qualification as a solicitor in 2014, Pooja has specialised in commercial property law. She acts on various commercial property matters including landlord and tenant matters, commercial sales and purchases, real estate finance, pension company transactions and agricultural transactions.

Her role involves navigating a diverse range of commercial property matters, providing invaluable and thorough advice on a range of complex transactional documents including leases, pre-emption and option agreements, conditional contracts and overage deeds. Her ability and knowledge to address the intricacies of these issues reflects her commitment to ensuring the best outcomes for her clients.

Pooja regularly completes a variety of transactions for pension funds and provides corporate support on company restructures.

With 10 years’ experience in commercial property, Pooja excels in handling more complex transactions including negotiating overage provisions, and is able to anticipate and address the nuances of such agreements. She also has significant experience in complex high value landlord and tenant matters and is regularly involved in negotiating intricate and complicated Agreements for Lease, Leases and Licences. Pooja is also experienced in rectifying defects in title which includes making applications to HM Land Registry for adverse possession, highlighting her proactive approach to resolving intricate title issues.

Her ability to offer strategic advice on a wide spectrum of commercial property transactions has established her as a go-to expert in the field. Pooja's commitment to delivering practical and effective solutions is evident in her approach to every aspect of commercial property law.
