Pooja qualified as a solicitor in 2014 and has specialised in commercial property throughout her career. She acts on various commercial property matters including landlord and tenant, commercial sales and purchases, real estate finance, pension company transactions and agricultural transactions.

Pooja acts on behalf of commercial landlords and tenants as well as for banks and other funders. She advises on various landlord and tenant matters including lease renewals, rent reviews, forfeiture provisions, dilapidations claims and pre-emption agreements.

Pooja is also involved in the more complex matters included negotiating overage provisions and has significant experience in regularising defects in title including applications to the HM Land Registry for adverse possession.
