Richard Westley leads our expert children law team.

Richard joined Pickerings in 2015, having qualified as a solicitor in January 2010.

He has practised family law in the West Midlands and Staffordshire throughout his career and specialises in children law cases, particularly care proceedings.

He is a member of the Law Society’s Children Law Accreditation Scheme, which means that he has a high level of knowledge, skills, experience and practice in the area of children law. He is authorised to represent children, as well as adults, in court proceedings.
