Victoria Harvey

Victoria qualified as a solicitor in 2012 and has practised family law throughout her career. She was admitted as a member of the Law Society Children Panel in January 2018 which allows her to represent children in care proceedings.

Victoria acts on a wide range of family legal issues acting for parents, children (from babies to teenagers) and grandparents in private and public law cases.

Victoria is often involved with a variety of family law matters including;

• Child Arrangement Orders
• Special Guardianship Orders
• Non-molestation Orders.   

She is particularly experienced in representing vulnerable and disadvantaged clients with mental health issues, learning difficulties and issues of drug and alcohol abuse.
