Tamworth based law firm Pickerings Solicitors recently beat off fierce competition to achieve recognition at The Probate Industry Awards 2024, a national award ceremony hosted in London by TV presenter Kate Garraway.
Known as 'The Probies,' and now in its sixth year, the awards aim to recognise and honour outstanding contributions, achievements, and innovations in probate services.
Winners were Emma Harrison, Legal Director and Head of Private Client at Pickerings Solicitors who scooped 'Best Probate Lawyer of the Year' and Director and Solicitor Lucy Cooling, who won 'Best Will Writer of the Year'.
In an exciting evening, Legal Secretary Angela Griffiths was also Highly Commended for the 'Unsung Hero Award’, which recognised the invaluable contribution made by her to the Pickerings Private Client Team as a whole.
Pickerings was also shortlisted in the Best Probate Law Firm category for the second year running.
